Sejak meneken kerja sama dengan Twitter, Facebook, dan MySpace akhir tahun lalu, Google telah mengintegrasikan layanan search engine ke basis data layanan jejaring sosial tersebut. Tak hanya menyajikan hasil pencarian berdasarkan kata kunci, tetapi di sini juga terdapat timeline yang menandai kapan pesan tersebut dituliskan.

Layanan baru itu sudah tersedia sejak Desember lalu sebagai bagian dari proyek eksperimen. Kini, Google telah meluncurkannya secara resmi dengan nama Google Realtime dengan alamat tersendiri di www.google.com/realtime.

"Di halaman baru ini Anda akan menemukan alat bantu yang sangat baik untuk membantu Anda menemukan hasil pencarian yang lebih pas dan benar," ujar Dylan Casey, manajer produk di Google dalam blog resmi Google. Fitur paling utama adalah timeline yang menyajikan grafik semua pesan berdasarkan kata kunci tertentu terurut waktu.

Fitur lainnya yang tersedia adalah pencarian update informasi berdasarkan lokasi geografi sehingga akan menyajikan hasil pencarian yang relevan paling dekat dengan pengguna atau lokasi yang dituju. Misalnya, saat pengguna akan bepergian ke Los Angeles pada musim panas, ia bisa melacak dulu perbincangan atau kejadian apa yang terjadi pada musim panas tahun lalu sehingga dapat menentukan persiapan yang tepat.

Selain itu, terdapat fitur obrolan yang menyajikan perbincangan berkesinambungan berdasarkan urutan pesan dibuat. Dengan fitur ini, pengunjung dapat melacak proses pembicaraan dari awal hingga akhir, termasuk siapa saja yang meneruskan pesan atau melakukan retweet.

"Terakhir, kami juga menambahkan update konten melalui Google Alerts sehingga membuat Anda mudah mengikuti topik pilihan yang hangat. Sekarang, Anda dapat membuat pengingat sendiri sesuai keinginan dan akan memberitahukannya lewat e-mail jika topik tersebut muncul di Twitter atau layanan sejenis," ujarnya.

John had done a lot of research after dropping his iPhone and shattering the glass. All functions on the phone seemed to work. The phone was unsightly, but he had time to evaluate all options prior to making a commitment to action.
It was immediately obvious that he could save a lot of money by tackling the job as a do it yourself project. John watched the videos. There were many available on the internet. Some made it look easy. Other videos, particularly those of first attempts, presented quite a few obstacles.
A challenge was not something John typically avoided. He was full of confidence. After determining that he needed the front glass and digitizer, he ordered the part. The digitizer was integrated into the glass. He should have everything he needs in a matter of days.
The day of repair arrived. John carefully removed the two screws at the bottom of the phone. He knew from the videos that the front of the phone may be difficult to remove. The part arrived with a suction cup that should make the job easy. Should being the key word. The suction cup was not adhering to the surface of the broken glass. There was no choice, but to pry the cover from the phone. A cheap plastic pry tool was included for the job. John was beginning to break out into a sweat by this time. He managed to lift the glass after damaging a rubber-like gasket around the edge of the tray. The damage was minimal.
John knew the cables were attached at the other end of the phone. He lifted the glass to reach the cables. He followed instructions and disconnected the three cables without any trouble. The phone was now in two pieces. John set aside the main part of the phone and focused his attention on the broken glass. He removed the six screws holding the LCD and removed it from the glass tray. He carefully set it aside.
The glass removal was a nightmare. It took an hour. John's fingers hurt from the shards of glass embedded in his skin. He noticed that a contact near the home button was slightly bent. The prong seemed delicate, but he was able to bend it to a position that seemed about right. The next battle was applying the adhesive used to seal the glass into the plastic tray. He had enough for this job only. He managed to apply it to the plastic surface, but it seemed a little wrinkled. He did manage to recover from the point where the adhesive stuck to itself. He was content.
The videos were invaluable. John managed to avoid many pitfalls. He still had several obstacles to overcome. John managed to place the new glass in the tray without obvious fingerprints. The LCD was safely mounted. Cables were connected after several failed attempts. The phone was now back together.
The power button was depressed. A few moments passed and the screen shone brightly. "Wait, what is that black piece sticking out from between the glass and tray," John wondered. He used the flat end of a small screwdriver to push the rubber back into the seam. That worked, but it also chipped the new glass. Hmmm, maybe he should have used a fingernail or the plastic tool. The phone was still in better condition than when he began. John's finger glided across the screen to unlock the device. It worked. He pressed the home button. It did not immediately respond. He pressed it again, applying a bit more pressure this time. It worked, but did not seem quite right. There was also a particle of dust under the screen.
The problems were minimal. Nothing major. John had dodged a bullet. He almost damaged the LCD. He noticed that it needed to clear a metal clip at the last moment. Metal against the surface of the LCD would have caused irreversible damage. He was going to leave well enough alone. John felt good about the experience, but he would definitely hire out the job next time. There would be a next time. He knew he was lucky.

BKN menyetujui usulan quota CPNS Kabupaten Bone sebanyak 220 quota untuk penerimaan CPNS tahun 2010 ini. Quota tersebut terdiri dari 99 orang tenaga guru, 66 lowongan formasi untuk tenaga kesehatan dan 55 kuota untuk tenaga teknis.

Hal tersebut diungkapkan oleh Kepala BKDD Bone M Ridwan yang dihubungi Tribun via ponselnya. “Jumlah seperti ini sudah kami perkirakan sebelumnya karena memang biasanya , usulan awal tidak mungkin dipenuhi semuanya karena tergantung dari kemampuan Negara. Dari 220 formasi yang telah disetujui BKN, kami akan melakukan pengkajian tentang latar belakang pendidikan apa yang paling dibutuhkan,” katanya.

Pengkajian latar belakang pendidikan yang paling dibutuhkan oleh Pemkab Bone akan dilakukan dalam pekan ini hingga pekan depan. “Yang jelas kami harus menyetor rincian jurusan dan program studi yang paling dibutuhkan Pemkab Bone untuk kembali diusulkan ke MenPAN. Yang jelasnya, jumlah atau quotanya telah disetujui yaitu sebanyak 220 orang,” lanjut Ridwan. Paling lambat, Minggu keempat Agustus, pihak kabupaten sudah harus menyetorkan rincian formasi dan jurusan atau program studi yang dibutuhkan. ref : tribun timur

Informasi Formasi CPNS Tapteng Tahun 2010 Hanya 236 Orang

Dari 3.588 formasi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (SCPN) tahun 2010 yang diusulkan Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Tapteng melalui BKD Tapteng kepada BKN dan Menteri Pemberdayaan Aparatur Negera (Men-PAN) di Jakarta, hanya 236 formasi CPNS saja yang disetujui.

“Dan dari 236 formasi tersebut, tidak ada yang direkrut dari jenjang pendidikan SMA,” kata Kepala BKD Tapteng, Drs Kapider Siringoringi, kepada wartawan  di Pandan, Sabtu (21/8).

Ia menjelaskan, beberapa waktu lalu BKD Tapteng mengajukan 3.588 formasi CPNS tahun 2010 di lingkungan Pemkab Tapteng, terdiri dari tenaga pendidikan 2.065 formasi, tenaga kesehatan 803 formasi, dan tenaga teknis 720 formasi. Namun ternyata hanya 236 formasi yang disetujui. Ke-236 formasi CPNS tahun 2010 tersebut terdiri dari tenaga pendidikan 104 formasi, tenaga kesehatan 71 formasi, dan tenaga teknis 61 formasi.

“Untuk klasifikasi pendidikan bagi 236 formasi CPNS tahun 2010 ini, terdiri dari tamatan Diploma 3 (DIII) dan Strata Satu (S1), serta ada sejumlah formasi yang membutuhkan tamatan sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) dan sekolah perawat kesehatan (SPK),” ujarnya tanpa merinci berapa jumlah SMK dan SPK yang diterima.

Untuk menampung warga Tapteng yang hanya menamatkan sekolah sampai jenjang pendidikan SMA, pihak Pemkab Tapteng sudah berupaya untuk mengusulkan formasi CPNS untuk tamatan SMA. Terbukti dari 3.588 formasi yang diusulkan, ada 100 formasi untuk tamatan SMA. “Pada dasarnya kita tetap berupaya mengusulkan formasi CPNS untuk warga yang tamatan SMA. Namun hasilnya BKN dan Men PAN hanya menyetujui tamatan SMK dan SPK,” ucapnya.

Ditanya, mengenai jadwal pelaksanaan perekrutan CPNS untuk formasi tahun 2010 di Kabupaten Tapteng , ia mengaku belum mendapat kepastian jadwal pelaksanaan dari BKN dan Men-PAN. “Biasanya setelah formasi jabatan yang diusulkan telah disetujui oleh BKN dan Men-PAN, selanjutnya BKD di setiap daerah akan diundang untuk menentukan jadwal pelaksanaan rekrutmen CPNS. Setelah itu kita baru menginformasikan kepada masyarakat kapan mulai pendaftaran,” pungkasnya. (Metro/afn)

Informasi Seleksi CPNS Sulsel di Perkirakan Bulan Oktober 2010

Proses seleksi penerimaan calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) 2010 diperkirakan sudah dimulai pada bulan Oktober mendatang sementara ujian masuk akan berlangsung pada November.

Sementara formasi final yang diajukan pemerintah daerah (pemda) kepada Kementerian Negara Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Menneg PAN dan RB) diperkirakan akan diputuskan usai Hari Raya Idulfitri atau akhir September.

Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Sulawesi Selatan (Sulsel), Andi Murny Amin Situru, Rabu (28/7), mengatakan, pihaknya dalam posisi menunggu penetapatan formasi final yang diajukan Pemprov Sulsel bersama 24 kabupaten/kota pada Februari lalu.

” Usulan formasi sudah kami ajukan sejak Februari lalu dan kita harapkan semuanya sudah bisa berjalan setelah lebaran nanti. Bagi, CPNS yang lolos seleksi akan terhitung masa tugas (TMT) per 1 Januari 2011,” kata Murny.

Sementara itu, sejumlah instansi pusat juga mulai mempersiapkan proses dan mekanisme seleksi CPNS 2010, termasuk Kementerian Hukum dan HAM RI.

Di Sulsel, jaringan kementerian hukum dan HAM meliputi rumah tahanan negara (rutam), lembaga pemasyarakatan (lapas), kantor imigrasi, dan kantor wilayah (kanwil).

Kementerian hukum dan HAM menggelar simulasi pendafataran CPNS berbasis online, pekan lalu. Dalam hitungan tidak lebih dari 10 menit, print hasil pendaftaran CPNS sudah bisa dicetak langsung.

Usulan Formasi

Pemprov bersama 24 kabupaten/ kota sudah mengajukan usulan formasi tersebut. Untuk tahun ini, Sulsel mengajukan 44.314 usulan CPNS. Terdiri atas 20.980 tenaga guru, 8.698 tenaga kesehatan, 14.621 tenaga teknis, dan 15 tenaga administrasi. Khusus Pemprov Sulsel mengajukan 944 usulan formasi, terdiri atas 640 tenaga kesehatan, 289 teknis, dan 15 administrasi.

Menurut Murny, pengajuan formasi berdasarkan kebutuan masing-masing pemkab/pemkot. Namun penetapan akhir tetap berada di tangan pemerintah pusat.

“Bisa saja pemerintah pusat menilai usulan tersebut terlalu tinggi sehingga yang disetujui hanya setengahnya atau bahkan sepertiga saja. Ini juga memperhitungkan kondisi keuangan negara,” katanya. Sebelumya, Menneg PAN dan RB, EE Mangindaan, mengatakan, pihaknya sudah menyampaikan usulan 300 ribu pengadaan CPNS 2010 kepada menteri keuangan (menkeu).

“Nanti mengkeu yang menghitung, apakan negara atau APBN bisa membayar kalau usulan tersebut disetujui semua atau memang harus ada pengurangan,” kata Mangindaan.

Sementara itu, kementerian hukum dan HAM mengajukan permohonan formasi CPNS sebanyak 7.951 orang untuk tahun 2010. Menindaklanjuti permohonan tersebut, sekretaris jenderal (sekjen) kementerian ini Prof Abdul Bari Azed bersama Kepala Biro (Karo) Kepegawaian Amar Cho dan Kepala Bagian (Kabag) Mutasi Hasbullah bertemu Deputi SDM Aparatur Menneg PAN Ramli Naibaho.

Bari Azed memaparkan kebijakan yang akan ditempuh dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) kementeriannya dengan lebih meningkatkan pola rekruitment dan rencana penempatan sesuai alokasi formasi yang tersedia tahun 2010. Penguatan akan diprioritaskan pada jajaran unit pelayanan teknis pemasyarakatan, imigrasi, dan kanwil untuk mendukung peningkatan keberadaan law center di daerah.

Paparan tersebut disambut baik oleh deputi SDM aparatur menneg PAB dengan mengharapkan agar dilakukan mekanisme yang jelas dan kerja sama yang lebih baik dengan melakukan skala prioritas bagi UPT yang sangat membutuhkan SDM.

Lebih Familiar

Simulasi pendaftaran online CPNS kementerian hukum dan HAM diperagakan oleh Ketua Tim Informasi Teknologi Pengadaan CPNS, Dr Fredy Haris.

Simulasi ini berlangsung di ruang rapat biro kepegawaian yang diikuti para karo di lingkungan sekjen, kabag kepegawaian dari masing-masing unit utama dan kabag di biro kepegawaian.

Secara umum program ini dirancang untuk lebih familiar dan mudah penggunaannya karena direncanakan untuk diaplikasikan untuk seluruh penerimaan CPNS baik untuk formasi pusat maupun kanwil, termasuk di Sulsel.

Dengan sistem ini, pendaftar yang mendaftar untuk formasi pusat secara otomatis tidak bisa lagi mendaftar untuk formasi kanwil maupun taruna Akademi Ilmu Pemasyarakatan (AKIP) dan Akademi Imigrasi (AIM).

“Dengan kata lain tiap orang hanya akan diperbolehkan memilih salah satu formasi saja baik itu di pusat, kantor wilayah begitupun dengan AKIP ataupun AIM,” kata Kabag Mutasi Biro Kepegawaian Hasbullah seperti dikutip di situs www.depkumham.go.id.

Dibandingkan dengan sistem on line tahun lalu, sistem ini jauh lebih mudah karena tidak ada lagi proses scanning untuk ijazah dan NEM peserta sehingga akan lebih memudahkan bagi calon pendaftar dalam mengakses sistem.

“Untuk persiapan seleksi CPNS tahun ini, kementerian hukum dan HAM biro kepegawaian mulai melakukan berbagai persiapan. Hal ini dilakukan agar seleksi tahun ini bisa berjalan lebih baik dibadingkan dengan tahun-tahun sebelumnya,” tambah pria asal Sulsel ini.(axa)

Informasi Penerimaan CPNS Provinsi Jatim di Laksanakan Bulan September 2010

Jumlah PNS Pemprov Jatim saat ini sekitar 23.000 orang, masih kekurangan sekitar 8.600 orang. Sekdaprov Jatim Rasiyo mengatakan, banyaknya posisi lowong itu karena setiap tahun ada sedikitnya 1.500 PNS pensiun. “Itu berdasar laporan dari semua SKPD (Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah) di lingkungan pemprov,” tegasnya, kemarin.

Pemerintah pusat melalui SK Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (Men PAN dan RB) Nomor 278.F/M.PAN/RB/07/2010 tentang Persetujuan Prinsip Formasi Calon PNS 2010 tertanggal 21 Juli hanya mengalokasikan jatah CPNS untuk pemprov sebanyak 283 orang. Dari jumlah itu, 97 untuk tenaga kesehatan dan 186 sisanya untuk tenaga teknis.

Rasio menyatakan, pihaknya sudah mengirim surat ke Men PAN dan RB untuk minta tambahan kuota 180 CPNS. “Tapi hingga kini belum ada balasan,” jelas mantan Kadindik Jatim ini.

Dikatakan, pendaftaran CPNS tahun ini akan dibuka September. Rekrutmen CPNS dipastikan lebih ketat dibanding tahun-tahun sebelumnya, karena yang dinilai tidak hanya kepandaian, melainkan juga perilaku. Hal itu dilakukan agar dapat menjaring CPNS yang lebih profesional.

Terkait kekurangan tenaga kesehatan, terutama dokter spesialis, Rasio menyatakan selama ini terkendala syarat CPNS dengan umur maksimal 35 tahun, sedangkan dokter spesialis biasanya berumur di atas 35 tahun.

“Untuk mengatasi ini, pemprov akan tetap mengirimkan dokter umum atau perawat untuk mengisi kekosongan dokter spesialis,” imbuhnya. nuji. Ref : surya

Penerimaan CPNS 2010 Kabupaten Gowa 217, Sedangkan Kabupaten Maros 237 Orang

Jatah penerimaan calon pegawai negeri sipil (CPNS) untuk pelamar umur tahun 2010 ini rata-rata mengalami penurunan dari jumlah tahun sebelumnya. Pemerintah Kabupaten Gowa tahun ini hanya mendapat kuota 217 orang.

Sementara Kabupaten Maros mendapat 237 orang, Wajo 248 orang, Bulukumba 232 orang, Bantaeng 243 orang, dan Bone 220 orang. Pada tahun 2009, Pemkab Gowa mendapat kuota CPNS untuk pelamar umum sebanyak 389 orang. Dibandingkan dengan jatah tahun ini, terjadi pengurangan sekitar 152 orang.

“Semua daerah juga mengalami pengurangan. Jadi bukan hanya Pemkab Gowa saja,” kata Kepala Badan Kepegawaian dan Diklat Daerah (BKDD) Gowa Muliaty Hamka saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya, Jumat (30/7).

Berdasarkan surat Menpan RI, EE Mangindaan Nomor 403.F/M.PAN-RB/07/2010 tertanggal 21 Juli 2010 tentang Persetujuan Prinsip Tambahan Formasi CPNS Daerah Tahun 2010 menyebutkan, alokasi tambahan formasi CPNS Gowa khusus pelamar umum meliputi tenaga guru 98, tenaga kesehatan 65, tenaga teknis 54 orang.

Menpan menegaskan tenaga umum ini diprioritaskan untuk tenaga fungsional tertentu dengan kualifikasi pendidikan diploma dua (D2). Namun untuk jabatan tertentu apabila sangat dibutuhkan dengan kualifikasi pendidikan lain tetap harus sesuai dengan kompetensi jabatan/pekerjaannya.

Muliaty menjelaskan, formasi yang diturunkan pusat ini terbilang kecil dari yang diharapkan Pemkab Gowa. Setidaknya, Pemkab Gowa mengharapkan minimal 500 formasi untuk mengimbangi kebutuhan pegawai di Gowa karena usulan lebih 2.000-an orang.

“Formasi tahun lalu jumlahnya mencapai 601, termasuk di dalamnya 153 tenaga honorer sisa pengangkatan terakhir. Sebenarnya, formasi pelamar umum pada tahun 2009 agak besar yakni 389 di banding tahun 2010 ini,” jelas mantan Sekretaris DPRD Gowa ini.

Maros-Sinjai

Kepala BKDD Maros Ibrahim Dahlan mengatakan, pemerintah pusat melalui BKN memberikan kuota CPNS kepada Pemkab Maros sebanyak 237 orang. Jumlah ini cukup berkurang dari jatah penerimaan CPNS 2009 yang mencapai 567 orang. “Kemarin saya dari Jakarta dan Maros memperoleh jatah 237 orang untuk CPNS nantinya,” terangnya. Menurut Ibrahim, jumlah itu nantinya akan dibagi ke dalam formasi tenaga guru, tenaga teknis, dan tenaga kesehatan. Mengenai rinciannya masih akan dibahas dan kemudian diserahkan ke pusat lagi.

“Tergantung apakah pusat menyetujui atau tidak,” terangnya.

Mengenai tenaga honorer, katanya, sudah tidak ada lagi penerimaan. “Sudah tidak ada penerimaan untuk tenaga honorer karena semua sudah diangkat menjadi PNS,” ujarnya lagi.

Sementara itu, Kepala BKDD Sinjai Taufik mengungkapkan, BKN telah menyetujui 200-an kuota CPNS Sinjai untuk penerimaan tahun 2010 ini.

Jumlah tersebut jauh di bawah jumlah yang diusulkan Pemkab Sinjai sebanyak 1.523 orang. Taufik mengungkapkan, pengusulan tersebut terdiri dari tiga kategori yaitu untuk tenaga kesehatan sebanyak 283 orang, tenaga teknis 363 orang, dan tenaga pendidik sebanyak 877 orang.

“Sesuai dengan pengalaman tahun-tahun sebelumnya, usulan tersebut memang tidak akan diterima semuanya, namun kami memang hanya sebagai pelaksana tekhnis dari usulan masing-masing satuan kerja perangkat daerah (SKPD) di lingkup Pemkab Sinjai,” kata Taufik,kemarin.

Bupati Sinjai A Rudiyanto Asapa sebelumnya menjamin tidak akan ada nepotisme dan rekayasa dalam penerimaan CPNS di daerah ini.

Wajo-Bone

Pemerintah Kabupaten Wajo ini melansir kuota untuk penerimaan CPNS tahun 2010 yang telah disetujui oleh BKN sebanyak 248 orang. Kepala BKDD Wajo A Safri Modding mengaku jumlah itu jauh dari jumlah yang diusul beberapa waktu lalu. “Jumlah tersebut memang di bawah permohonan kami, tapi Pemkab Wajo tetap bersyukur karena Wajo mendapatkan kuota yang lebih banyak dari kabupaten-kabupaten lain,” kata Safri kepada Tribun, kemarin.

Dari 248 lowongan formasi yang diterima, 110 di antaranya dialokasikan untuk formasi tenaga pendidik atau guru. Kemudian 75 orang untuk formasi tenaga kesehatan, dan sisanya 63 orang dialokasikan untuk penerimaan tenaga teknis.

Di Bone, BKN menyetujui usulan quota CPNS sebanyak 220 kuota untuk penerimaan CPNS tahun 2010 ini. Kuota tersebut terdiri dari 99 orang tenaga guru, 66 lowongan formasi untuk tenaga kesehatan dan 55 kuota untuk tenaga teknis. Hal tersebut diungkapkan Kepala BKDD Bone M Ridwan. “Dari 220 formasi yang telah disetujui BKN, kami akan melakukan pengkajian tentang latar belakang pendidikan apa yang paling dibutuhkan,” katanya.

Bulukumba-Bantaeng

Kabupaten Bulukumba untuk tahun ini mendapat jatah kuota CPNS 232 orang. Terdiri atas untuk formasi tenaga guru 103 orang, tenaga kesehatan 70 orang, dan tenaga teknis 59 orang.

“Ini lebih sedikit dari tahun sebelumnya yakni 232 orang. Sementara tahun lalu sebanyak 335 orang dari semua klasifikasi jurusan,” kata staf Bagian Pengadaan PNS BKDD Bulukumba, Taufik Ramli.

Menurutnya, jumlah tersebut belum dilakukan klasifikasi dan baru merupakan jumlah secara keseluruhan dan masih membutuhkan klasifikasi lanjutan dan dibagi per formasi. Pihak Menpan memberikan waktu hingga akhir Agustus dan hasil penyusunan kebutuhan dikirim ke Menpan.

Sementara Kabupaten Bantaeng menerima kouta 343 dari seluruh formasi jurusan. Jumlah tersebut juga lebih banyak untuk tenaga guru dibanding untuk tenaga kesehatan serta tenaga teknis.

“BKDD baru menerima kemarin verifikasi dari Menpan dengan jumlah kuota 343 orang,” kata Kabag Humas Pemkab Bantaeng Syahrul Bayang per telepon.

Namun pihaknya belum menjelaskan pembagian kuota perjurusan itu, tetapi telah ada jumlahnya ditangan BKDD setempat.

“Di daerah itu masih membutuhkan tenaga guru dan kesehatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan kesehatan warga setempat sehingga masih memprioritaskan tenaga guru dan kesehatan,” jelas Syahrul.

Waktu Pendaftaran

Terkait rencana pembukaan penerimaan CPNS tahun ini, Muliaty mengatakan, waktu pendaftaran belum bisa ditentukan. Sebab formasi ini masih akan dibahas dulu untuk mengetahui tingkat kebutuhan pegawai per bagian.

“Misalnya tenaga kesehatan, kita butuh tenaga apa. Untuk tenaga guru dibutuhkan guru bidang studi apa. Hasil penggodokan ini akan diserahkan kembali ke Menpan untuk disetujui. Setelah persetujuan itu turun barulah kita tentukan rencana penerimaan CPNS. Kami berharap Oktober bisa rampung dan kita segera kirimkan ke Menpan,” jelas Muliaty.

Menurutnya, rencana pendaftaran akan berlangsung serentak. Demikian juga dengan kerja sama dengan pihak pembuat dan pemeriksa akan diseragamkan. Pihak Menpan telah menegaskan agar semua dikoordinir pemerintah provinsi.

Hal senada dikatakan staf BKKD Bulukumba Taufik Ramli. Menurutnya, jika Menpan telah menyetujui semua klasifikasi formasi jurusan maka diperkirakan dimulai dibuka pendaftaran antara Oktober dan November. “Diperkirakan Oktober mendatang dimulai dibuka pendaftaran,” kata Taufik.(ink/ans/smb/ute). ref : tribun timur

Formasi Guru Dominasi Penerimaan CPNS Pekanbaru 2010/2011

Pemko Pekanbaru belum mengirimkan usulan formasi penerimaan Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil (CPNS) 2010. Namun, formasi guru diperkirakan masih mendominasi.

‘’Kita belum mengusulkan formasi CPNS tahun 2010. Ini disebabkan karena sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku, pengusulan formasi disampaikan, jika sudah ada rekomendasi pusat tentang kuota dari pusat untuk formasi CPNS,’’ ujar Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Pekanbaru Hermanius kepada Riau Pos, Senin (18/1).

Dia juga menambahkan dari penerimaan CPNS tahun 2009, baru memenuhi sekitar 40 persen keperluan PNS di lingkungan Pemko Pekanbaru yang terpenuhi. Hal ini artinya Pemko Pekanbaru akan kembali merekrut CPNS hingga tahun 2011.
Perekrutan masih seputar kepada tenaga guru, tenaga teknis dan tenaga kesehatan.
‘’Untuk tahun 2010, kita masih akan melakukan penerimaan CPNS. Kemungkinan yang paling banyak masih didominasi untuk formasi guru, karena yang sering mengalami pensiun adalah dari tenaga pendidik tersebut. Selain itu untuk tahun 2010 nantinya, kita juga akan mengusulkan penerimaan CPNS untuk tamatan SMA. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah pencari kerja dari kalangan SMA di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru,’’ paparnya.
Sementara itu saat ditanya mengenai SK CPNS yang baru diterima beberapa bulan yang lalu, Hermanius mengatakan saat ini Pemko masih menunggu proses pengurusan Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP) yang sedang diproses oleh BKN.
‘’Belum bisa dipastikan kapan SK pengangkatan tersebut keluar. Namun kemungkinan akhir bulan Januari ini seluruh proses menyangkut proses pembuatan NIP akan selesai,” sebutnya.(rio)

Ini disebabkan karena sesuai mekanisme yang berlaku, pengusulan formasi disampaikan, jika sudah ada rekomendasi pusat tentang kuota dari pusat untuk formasi CPNS,’’ ujar Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Kota Pekanbaru Hermanius kepada Riau Pos, Senin (18/1).

Dia juga menambahkan dari penerimaan CPNS tahun 2009, baru memenuhi sekitar 40 persen keperluan PNS di lingkungan Pemko Pekanbaru yang terpenuhi. Hal ini artinya Pemko Pekanbaru akan kembali merekrut CPNS hingga tahun 2011.
Perekrutan masih seputar kepada tenaga guru, tenaga teknis dan tenaga kesehatan.
‘’Untuk tahun 2010, kita masih akan melakukan penerimaan CPNS. Kemungkinan yang paling banyak masih didominasi untuk formasi guru, karena yang sering mengalami pensiun adalah dari tenaga pendidik tersebut. Selain itu untuk tahun 2010 nantinya, kita juga akan mengusulkan penerimaan CPNS untuk tamatan SMA. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mengurangi jumlah pencari kerja dari kalangan SMA di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Pekanbaru,’’ paparnya.
Sementara itu saat ditanya mengenai SK CPNS yang baru diterima beberapa bulan yang lalu, Hermanius mengatakan saat ini Pemko masih menunggu proses pengurusan Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP) yang sedang diproses oleh BKN.
‘’Belum bisa dipastikan kapan SK pengangkatan tersebut keluar. Namun kemungkinan akhir bulan Januari ini seluruh proses menyangkut proses pembuatan NIP akan selesai,” sebutnya.(rio)

Kementerian Perindustrian membuka kesempatan kepada Warga Negara Indonesia lulusan Strata 1 (S1)/Diploma IV (D.IV), Diploma III (D.III)/Sarjana Muda, untuk menjadi Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Kementerian Perindustrian.

I. PERSYARATAN UMUM
1. Persyaratan Pelamar :
a. WNI berusia serendah-rendahnya 18 Tahun dan setinggi-tingginya 28 Tahun pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2010.
b. Memiliki kualifikasi pendidikan yang dibutuhkan.
c. Pelamar berasal dari Jurusan yang Terakreditasi A oleh Kemendiknas untuk pendidikan Strata 1 (S1)/Diploma IV (D.IV), dan Terakreditasi B untuk Diploma III (D.III) / Sarjana Muda kecuali Akademi dengan spesialisasi teknologi kulit.
d. Tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan putusan pengadilan yang telah mempunyai kekuatan hukum yang tetap, karena melakukan suatu tindak pidana kejahatan.
e. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/TNI/POLRI/pegawai swasta/pegawai BUMN/BUMD tidak atas permintaan sendiri.
f. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai Calon/Pegawai Negeri Sipil.
g. Berkelakuan baik berdasarkan catatan dari Kepolisian Resort Kab/Kota (POLRES) setempat.
h. Sehat jasmani dan rohani berdasarkan keterangan Dokter Rumah Sakit Pemerintah/Swasta.
i. Bersedia ditempatkan pada unit kerja Kementerian Perindustrian diseluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.

2. Kualifikasi Pendidikan
a. Diploma III (D3)/Sarjana Muda : 85 formasi
b. Strata I (S1)/Diploma IV (D.IV) : 243 formasi
Jumlah : 328 formasi
Formasi dan kualifikasi pendidikan yang diperlukan, secara rinci tercantum dalam Lampiran Pengumuman ini.

3. Umur pada tanggal 1 Oktober 2010
a) Untuk Diploma III (D3) / Sarjana Muda berusia maksimal 25 tahun
b) Untuk Strata I (S1)/ dan Diploma IV (D.IV) berusia maksimal 28 tahun

4. Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) dalam skala 4
a) Untuk Diploma III (D3)/Sarjana Muda : minimal 2,75
b) Untuk Strata I (S1)/Diploma IV (D.IV) : minimal 2,75

II. PENDAFTARAN PELAMAR
Waktu dan Tempat Pendaftaran Pelamar
1. Pengumuman secara terbuka dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26 Agustus sampai dengan 14 September 2010.
2. Pendaftaran/registrasi dimulai tanggal 1 September 2010 mulai jam 12.00 WIB dan ditutup pada tanggal 14 September 2010 jam 15.00 WIB.
3. Pendaftaran pelamar dilaksanakan secara online melalui situs Kementerian Perindustrian : http://www.kemenperin.go.id/

III. PELAKSANAAN UJIAN
Ujian Penyaringan CPNS akan dilaksanakan secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia (Pusat/Daerah) secara bertahap;
1. Ujian Tahap I akan dilaksanakan secara on line
a. Pelamar yang memenuhi persyaratan akan diberikan ID dan password.
b. Pelamar yang telah memiliki ID dan password wajib mengikuti ujian Tahap I Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) dan Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA) secara on line pada tanggal 18 September 2010.
2. Bagi yang telah dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap I (online), wajib melakukan Validasi Dokumen Administrastif pada tanggal 20 – 25 September 2010.
3. Ujian Tahap II akan dilaksanakan secara tertulis, bagi Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap I dan telah memenuhi persyaratan Administratif.
a. Ujian Tahap II terdiri dari Tes Pengetahuan Umum (TPU) dan Tes Potensi Akademik (TPA)
b. Waktu ujian Tahap II penyaringan CPNS akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal
4 Oktober 2010. Khusus wilayah Jakarta bertempat di Gedung Tennis Indoor, Senayan, sedangkan di daerah dilaksanakan di unit satker/tempat validasi masing-masing.
c. Peserta ujian diharuskan membawa Pensil 2B asli, alas tulis dan karet penghapus karena ujian menggunakan Lembar Jawaban Komputer (LJK).
4. Bagi yang telah dinyatakan lulus Ujian Tahap II wajib melakukan Ujian Tahap III Tes Psikologi dan mengikuti wawancara yang akan ditentukan kemudian.
5. Hasil ujian Tahap I, II dan III serta wawancara diumumkan melalui situs Kementerian Perindustrian : http://www.kemenperin.go.id dan papan pengumuman Lantai Dasar Gedung Kemenperind Jl. Gatot Subroto Kav. 52– 53 Jakarta Selatan.

IV. TEMPAT DAN WAKTU VALIDASI PERSYARATAN ADMINISTRATIF PELAMAR
1. Validasi Administratif dilakukan pada tanggal 20 – 25 September 2010, bertempat :
a. Kantor Pusat (Jakarta) di Akademi Pimpinan Perusahaan (APP) Jakarta, Jl. Timbul, Nomor 34, Cipedak, Jagakarsa, Jakarta Selatan.
b. Kantor Daerah di Unit Kerja Kementerian Perindustrian di Daerah (daftar terlampir).
2. Persyaratan Validasi ;
a. Formulir pendaftaran dari hasil cetak pendaftaran on line
b. Foto copy Ijazah dan Transkrip Nilai yang disahkan oleh pejabat yang berwenang (Surat Keterangan Lulus tidak berlaku).
c. Akreditasi Perguruan Tinggi (sesuai dengan yang dipersyaratkan).
d. Pas photo 3 x 4, sebanyak 3 lembar latar belakang merah
e. Surat Pernyataan bermaterai Rp 6.000,- bersedia ditempatkan pada unit kerja Kementerian Perindustrian diseluruh wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
f. Bagi Pelamar yang akreditasi perguruan tingginya tidak tercantum dalam Ijazah, harus melampirkan Surat Keterangan Akreditasi/Bukti Akreditasi dari Perguruan Tinggi.

V. Berkas Lamaran
Pelamar yang dinyatakan lulus final harus segera menyampaikan Surat lamaran yang ditujukan kepada Menteri Perindustrian cq. Kepala Biro Kepegawaian yang dilampiri dengan:
a. Foto copy ijazah yang telah disahkan oleh Pejabat yang berwenang beserta transkrip nilai (Surat Keterangan Lulus tidak berlaku).
b. Daftar Riwayat Hidup (cantumkan nomor telepon yang mudah dihubungi).
c. Pas photo terbaru dan berwarna ukuran 3 x 4 sebanyak 5 (lima) lembar.
d. Surat Keterangan Kesehatan Badan dari Dokter Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.
e. Surat Pernyataan Bebas Narkoba yang diterbitkan dan disahkan oleh Rumah Sakit Pemerintah.
f. Kartu Tanda Pencari Kerja dari Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Kartu Kuning).
g. Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian dari Kepolisian yang masih berlaku.
h. Berkas lamaran berikut lampirannya disampaikan setelah dinyatakan lulus dan dimasukkan dalam Map Snelhecter Plastik warna, Kuning untuk Starata 1 (S1)/Diploma IV (D.IV), dan Hijau untuk D3/Sarjana Muda

VI. LAIN – LAIN
1. Panitia TIDAK MEMUNGUT BIAYA APAPUN dari pelamar
2. Lamaran yang diajukan sebelum pengumuman ini dibuat dinyatakan tidak berlaku dan pelamar harus membuat dan mengajukan kembali lamaran yang baru sesuai dengan pengumuman ini.
3. Pelamar yang tidak menyampaikan surat lamaran beserta kelengkapannya, setelah dinyatakan lulus ujian CPNS sampai dengan batas waktu yang ditentukan, maka yang bersangkutan dianggap mengundurkan diri dan dinyatakan batal.
4. Apabila pelamar memberikan keterangan/data yang tidak benar, dan di kemudian hari diketahui, baik pada setiap tahapan tes, maupun setelah diangkat menjadi CPNS/PNS dilingkungan Kementerian Perindustrian, Kementerian Perindustrian berhak menggugurkan kelulusan tersebut dan/atau memberhentikan sebagai CPNS/PNS dilingkungan Kementerian Perindustrian dan melaporkan sebagai tindak pidana di Pengadilan Negeri, karena telah memberikan keterangan palsu.
5. Keputusan panitia tidak bisa diganggu gugat. Para pelamar diharapkan untuk terus memantau situs Kementerian Perindustrian terkait dengan informasi penerimaan CPNS Kementerian Perindustrian tahun 2010.
